Public Construction Department

Public Construction Department takes charge of the following affairs:

1. Planning, coordination and review of indigenous peoples’ residence, tribe construction policy and laws and regulations.
2. Planning, review, control, appraisal and counseling of indigenous peoples’ district tribe construction.
3. Planning, coordination and counseling of indigenous peoples’ tribe safety prevention, disaster prevention, and immigration.
4. Investigation, planning and coordination of indigenous peoples’ district tribe’s basic environment.
5. Coordination and review of indigenous peoples’ district tribe’s infrastructure laws and decrees, technical specification and traditional workmanship.
6. Planning, coordination, counseling and review of indigenous peoples’ residential improvement, tribe construction and metropolitan district settlement domicile.
7. Planning, coordination and counseling of indigenous peoples’ land development, utilization, operation and other affairs related to public construction.
8. Other public construction affairs related to the indigenous peoples.
